Undergraduate and Graduate Student Research Forum

research posters

A Student Research Forum will take place during the conference on November 5, 2014.

Abstracts may address any aspect of basic biological research and/or clinical and population sciences research, as well as descriptions of demonstration projects to improve health equity. Students are strongly encouraged to focus on one or more of the following areas: cancer; cardiovascular disease; diabetes; environmental justice; human trafficking; climate change; and infectious diseases.

Outstanding abstracts will be chosen for oral presentation. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top ranked student poster or oral presentations.

We encourage institutions to provide travel support for students from their institutions to attend the conference. A limited number of travel scholarships will be available to cover registration, hotel costs and daily breakfast and lunch meals.

The Call for Abstracts for the Student Research Forum is forthcoming. We look forward to seeing you and your students at this important, timely and much needed conference. Thank you in advance for your support and participation.
